USER JOURNEY

Reception

The reception desk area is where users are greeted. Here users can rent a tablet to browse the showroom at their leisure and once they are ready to be helped, they can que a sales representative for assistance.

Lounge

The lounge area offers a place where a user can wait to be helped by a sales representative or for their car to be done in the service center, experience the latest automobile models using the advanced technology simulator stations, or co-work.

Showroom South View

This view includes custom pendant lighting fixtures, the touchscreen car builder technology, the design center, and a glimpse of the upper level.

Design Center

The Design Center allows for users to be interactive with the material and finish options available for an automobile. Storage cabinets are also provided underneath the material displays.

Showroom East

The east view includes a partition wall with cutouts which allows for light to pass through as well as a space divider between the showroom and lounge area.

Meeting Room

The Meeting Room is a flexible space that can be used for classes and employee conferences. It includes furniture that can be organized in a way that best fits the use of the space on any given day.

Touchdown Sales

The Touchdown Sales Area is a space for intimate information exchanges between employees and customers. Employees are not assigned to a particular sales area to promote active movement throughout the space. Tablets are the primary medium for sharing and referencing information.

Service Center Office

The Service Center Office provides a space where parents with children can wait for their car to be serviced without potential showroom distractions. The Service Center Office check-in desk is also equipped with a tempered glass partition for spatial division while maintaining transparency.

Balcony Overlook

The final step in the car buying process takes place on Level 2 where users have the chance to remain connected to the entire showroom, due to the double volume, while also experiencing exclusivity.
